Our Founders

Iskender Ördek 

Business Director

Iskender has extensive experience in imports and exports trading internationally in over 34 countries. He has linguistics in English, Arabic and Turkish. He is known for his unique presence being dignified and principled.

His highlighted skills are business planning and strategies. Iskender brings a Solid front to Company Performance.

Iskender and Victoria have had business partnerships since 2015 working under the Bitat Australia Brand.

Victoria Akgun

Clinical Director

Victoria brings a world of background into the assessment of Clinical Performance versus the Patient Journey. The forefront of her passion is dedicated to breaking down the barriers which prevent every person from accessing a Quality Standard Care. She is known for contributing an uplifting presence to how we approach our care relationships.

Victoria’s Career spans multiple Clinical, Management and Educational roles in both hospital and community settings. Victoria possesses a sound background in establishing Clinical Governance which encompasses individual patient needs.
